The top section on the right-hand side, termed as \u003Cem class=\"aib\">resources\u003C\u002Fem> addresses changes in obvious individual situations. These \u003Cstrong class=\"kp jo\">include increased resources, increased voice representation, freedom from violence, and enhanced access to health and education.\u003C\u002Fstrong> To the left-hand side, still at the top section of the quadrant titled \u003Cem class=\"aib\">consciousness capabilities\u003C\u002Fem> focuses on \u003Cstrong class=\"kp jo\">individual awareness and capability, which includes factors such as knowledge, competencies, political consciousness, and a steadfast commitment to advancing equality.\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp id=\"8990\" class=\"pw-post-body-paragraph xl xm td kp b xn xo xp xq xr xs xt xu jz xv xw xx ke xy xz ya kj yb yc yd ye er bj\" data-selectable-paragraph=\"\">The bottom sections closely tackle systemic impacts.
